VOAMASS gives members of the community who need help the most the services, support, and self-esteem they need to create a fresh start. At VOAMASS, our dedicated teams are committed to serving the whole person. Pipelines to Possibility (P2P) is a Tier 1 plumbing certification program operated by VOAMASS in conjunction with the Essex County Sheriff’s Department. As Case Manager, you’ll have a dynamic and critical role supporting program participants both pre- and post-release to find and maintain employment. The Case Manager will conduct intake and assessments, work with participants to develop Individualized Development Plans, and provide ongoing advocacy, education, referrals, and coordination of community support services to help reduce barriers to successful reentry, with a specific focus on promoting sustainable employment outcomes. The Case Manager will work closely with the Program Director, Essex County Sheriff’s Department staff, MassHire, the Plumbing Instructor, employers, and other partners to identify and refer eligible participants, coordinate services, and support successful transition from training to employment in climate-critical jobs.
