About The Position

Renaissance Recovery is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide direct client services and coordinate resources that support recovery. The Case Manager serves as a liaison between clients, their families, the clinical team, and community partners, providing guidance and advocacy throughout treatment. The position maintains a caseload of approximately 18 clients and facilitates groups for that caseload.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with starting pay of $23–$27 per hour. The role is based in a supportive clinical environment that values compassion, accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Strong understanding of addiction, recovery models, and treatment approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.
• Organized, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 18 clients.
• Complete admission notes and maintain case records in accordance with policy.
• Provide regular updates to families and the clinical team on client progress.
• Coordinate services with external providers and community resources.
• Facilitate groups with the assigned caseload.
• Accurately document client interactions and treatment progress.
• Continuously assess clients' mental health and substance use needs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff.
• Assist clients in accessing insurance and health benefits.
