At Covenant House Georgia, we provide unconditional love and comprehensive support so that our youth can and will realize their fullest potential. We empower them to finish high school, start college, gain employment, live independently, and ultimately step out into the world knowing they are prepared to be successful. The Case Manager is responsible for providing ongoing support to youth (12-24 years of age) and families in Atlanta that have been impacted by the criminal justice system. Your work will support local communities through prevention, intervention, and diversion of at-risk youth. Specifically, you will provide 1-1 case management, life skills building, group facilitation, community engagement, building service plans for youth and family success, deescalation, conflict resolution, barrier support and aftercare The overall goal of the position is to enhance the quality of outcomes for youth and families as they pertain to the ATL Police Foundation Partnership Program. You will also help manage other community partners which entails bringing vendors on to help facilitate group work (speakers on financial literacy, healthy relationships, health testing), community services. All duties should be performed within the framework of the policies and procedures of Covenant House Georgia.
