About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Part-time Case Manager at the Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center. The Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center (MJTC) is a 40-bed, all-boys program dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive and achieve their full potential. MJTC offers comprehensive training programs for staff to promote a well-rounded, normalized high school experience for students, while fostering an environment of growth, positive change, and achievement. The center welcomes individuals passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of youth and offers a dynamic work environment for growth and learning. The role is situated in a beautiful, scenic setting at the foot of the Poteau Mountains.

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Be at least 21 years of age
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on your case load.
Serving as the primary program liaison between student, parents/legal guardians, other staff members, and the placing agency officials.
Providing progress notes.
Organizing and facilitating court hearings, Probation Officer visits, student visits, and home passes.
