We are hiring a Case Manager to work with children and families coordinating and facilitating delivery of services in community locations. This includes designing and developing individualized plans in collaboration with community and provider teams and family members to support children and youth to reach their goals and achieve permanency. Service Alternatives is looking for a Case Manager for a Part-Time position supporting at-risk youth in an in-home setting. The Part-Time position has the opportunity to increase to Full-Time when caseloads are increased.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or a closely related field.
1 year experience working with youth and families in a setting as outlined in the job description (Child Placing Agency Contract requirement).
Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license.
Current driver license, car, and car insurance.
TB Test: Within 7 days of first day of employment, or prior to working on site (whichever comes first).
Ability to obtain: agency affiliated counselor in the State of Washington under Department of Health healthcare professional credentialing guidelines.

Nice To Haves

Master’s Degree in Social Services or a closely related field.
