Case Manager (Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, Island)
About The Position
Service Alternatives is seeking a Case Manager to work with children and families in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, and Island counties. This role involves coordinating and facilitating the delivery of services in community locations, designing and developing individualized plans in collaboration with community and provider teams and family members. The goal is to support children and youth in reaching their goals and achieving permanency. This is initially a Part-Time position supporting at-risk youth in an in-home setting, with the potential to increase to Full-Time as caseloads grow. The company provides one-hour Master's level consultation for every twenty hours the Case Manager works.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or a closely related field
- Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license
- Current driver license, car, and car insurance
- TB Test: Within 7 days of first day of employment, or prior to working on site (whichever comes first)
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree in Social Services or a closely related field
- 1 year experience working with youth and families in a setting as outlined in the job description
