Sound Behavioral Health is seeking an additional case manager to support Veterans' families in the Greater Seattle Area. The SSVF case management team works with approximately 450 Veteran households annually, assisting Veterans experiencing literal homelessness in obtaining housing, as well as assisting Veteran households at-risk of homelessness in obtaining housing stability. The team splits time between working in the community and the office/home, adopting a "meet them where they’re at" approach to build relationships and trust, leading to housing and stability. As an SSVF Case Manager, you should believe in Housing First principles and have demonstrated an ability to be resourceful and knowledgeable of housing resources. This is an in-person role at various locations throughout King County, with the primary office located in the Georgetown area. The schedule is Monday-Friday, often 8:00 am-5:00 pm with flexibility to adjust schedules to meet the needs of the families supported. Applications are being accepted until June 23.
