About The Position

The Case Manager will provide services to consumers in our supportive housing program. This role involves teaching basic living skills, assisting consumers in accessing community resources, and updating client records using an electronic clinical record system. The position requires providing transportation for consumers as needed.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other Human Services related field.
  • Must have an excellent driving record free from any DUI/Reckless driving conviction for the previous (3) years. Will be subject to initial and ongoing MVR.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must be willing to complete Case Management Training through the Alabama Departmental of Mental Health and obtain certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous case management experience is preferred but not required.
