About The Position

Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Case Manager Supervisor to lead and support a team of case management professionals serving individuals experiencing housing instability, behavioral health challenges, and other barriers to independence. This role combines leadership, direct support, and program oversight to ensure high-quality services and positive outcomes for the individuals we serve. The Critical Time Intervention (CTI) Program supports individuals during periods of transition by providing intensive case management, housing support, and community connections that help promote long-term success and stability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
  • Three years of Case Management experience
  • Three to five years of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency, including documentation and reporting systems
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and community partners

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Human Services or related field
  • Experience in behavioral health, housing, or community-based services
  • Knowledge of HUD, OHS, and other program funding requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience within human services programs

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and oversight to case management staff
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular supervision meetings
  • Address performance concerns and support staff growth and development
  • Provide direct case management services as needed
  • Complete and oversee documentation within electronic systems and client records
  • Facilitate client progress review meetings
  • Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and funding source requirements
  • Coordinate complex client cases with case managers and housing support staff
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual program reporting requirements
  • Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
