The Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and quality of case management services within the program. This position provides supervision, coaching, training, and professional development to Case Managers and other assigned staff while ensuring compliance with all program, funding source, and regulatory requirements. The Case Manager Supervisor serves as a leader within the program, supporting staff performance, coordinating complex client cases, facilitating service planning, and providing direct case management services as needed.
