The Bilingual Spanish Senior Case Manager at Bienestar de la Familia is a highly skilled, trauma-informed professional dedicated to empowering low-income Spanish-speaking families and communities of color. This advanced role bridges comprehensive direct service with program administration, managing complex state and government funded housing and economic stability programs. By combining deep crisis intervention, person-centered assessments, and holistic resource navigation—including rental assistance, SNAP, healthcare, and employment support—with grant compliance and stakeholder collaboration, this position drives systemic, equitable, and sustainable support for the community. Ad hoc bilingual pay: This position receives an additional 4% premium on all hours worked, because of the fluency in the Spanish language. An employee who has never before received bilingual pay at Multnomah County for work done under a Spanish KSA will need to pass an assessment in order to be considered proficient.
