About The Position

YouthLink is seeking a Case Manager – Scattered Site Housing to join their team. This role provides support, guidance, and coordination of wrap-around services for youth ages 18-24 who are in crisis, with the goal of stabilizing them in housing and providing support services. The Case Manager assists youth with obtaining self-sufficiency through a holistic approach, including referrals for housing, counseling, financial counseling, job readiness programs, and higher education. This position will also engage with community partners to increase additional services for clients.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ case management experience.
  • 2 years’ experience working with at-risk young adults.
  • 2 years’ experience working with homeless youth.
  • 2 years’ experience with community engagement.
  • Must be able to come to work on time, for all regularly scheduled work shifts.
  • Valid MN State Driver’s License, insurance.
