About The Position
Assesses the circumstances of Hudson County residents who are HIV-positive and arranges services to help them maintain health and functionality. Educates clients and other community members about HIV, collaborates with medical and other service providers, and represents the agency as directed by a supervisor. Participates in required training and agency development efforts and attends required meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a social work-related field.
- Two or more years of related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
