The Custodial Accounts/Rep Payee Case Manager specifically manages SSI/SSD benefits for program participants, ensuring essential bills are paid while educating clients on financial management, banking, and budgeting to foster financial independence. The Residential Support Program (RSP) Case Manager oversees all aspects of the RSP subsidy program, including intake/assessment, crisis intervention, homelessness prevention, rapid re-housing, outreach, referral, and information services.
