About The Position

The Case Manager actively engages trainees and their teams and will monitor the trainee's progress in meeting their employment goals. This team member is responsible for the development, implementation, and documentation of assessments, quarterly reviews, goal plans and other related paperwork. The Vocational Program Specialist serves as an advocate for trainees, assuring they are receiving necessary services and maximum benefits from the program. The position has a caseload of up to 45 adults with various disabilities. The mission of CPARC is to empower, inspire, and educate people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, and the community. The Center for Industrial Training (CIT) is CPARC's vocational training program. CIT is a community-based program whose primary mission is to serve the needs of individuals with vocational challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a human services field plus one year working with a disabled population
  • Associate degree in a human services field with three years of experience (Includes volunteer experience and college internships)
