The Heartland Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault program provides several different services to survivors of domestic and sexual assault to meet them where they are at in their recovery journey. The program’s services include emergency shelter, advocacy, therapy, and other support services. This is a housing first program and utilizes the progressive engagement model in providing services. The Case Manager will work to screen and serve eligible clients residing at the Safe Haven shelter. This position will also work in close collaboration with other HFS programs, the Metro Area Continuum of Care for the Homeless, and other community programs, and resources, to ensure that employees and survivors have the necessary support and best chance at success.
