With a network of over 250 faith communities, 1,700 volunteers, and a staff of over 275, Interfaith provides a safe haven and a pathway to self-sufficiency. This role is for a Case Manager 1-Perm Housing, responsible for providing case management services to enrolled clients. The Case Manager will coordinate and deliver comprehensive support services to promote stability, self-sufficiency, and well-being. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing service plans, connecting clients to resources, and advocating on their behalf, all while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.
