Case Manager / Care Coordinator – York County (Sanford or Biddeford areas)

Alternative Wellness Services•Biddeford, ME
•Onsite

About The Position

Do meaningful work, earn up to $480 a month in bonuses, and be appreciated for it. At Alternative Wellness Services (AWS), we believe the people who show up for clients every day deserve to be recognized, rewarded and heard. Already a care coordinator or case manager? You know this work. Now do it somewhere that rewards it. Earn up to $480 a month in bonuses on top of your hourly pay for going above and beyond, manage your own caseload with flexibility, and join a team where your experience shapes how we work with professional growth opportunities. New to the field? If you've studied psychology, social work, human services or counseling, or worked as a mental health worker, behavioral health technician, community support worker, recovery coach, peer support specialist, residential counselor or direct support professional, you already have the heart for this work. We'll teach you the rest. This is an in-person, community-based role. You'll spend your days face-to-face with clients at their homes, out in the community and at our Biddeford office, not behind a screen. You'll help people living with mental health or substance use challenges build stable, healthy lives. You're part coach, part advocate and part problem-solver. Visit clients at home, in the community and at our office. No two days are the same. Help clients find housing, keep their public benefits, and connect with health care and treatment. Go with clients to appointments so they can speak up for what they need (mileage reimbursed). Build care plans together and work alongside nurses, clinicians and fellow care coordinators.
