About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Case Manager to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in personal injury law. This role involves coordinating medical treatment, gathering records, maintaining regular client communication, and working closely with attorneys to ensure cases are resolved efficiently and effectively. A successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in a related field; paralegal certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of personal injury law.
  • Experience gathering and organizing medical records, insurance claims, police reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all work.
  • Previous experience in a law office or similar environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with legal case management software is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring timely progression and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide case updates, answer questions, and offer support throughout the process.
  • Request, track, and organize medical records, billing statements, police reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintain well-organized and up-to-date case files in accordance with firm protocols and legal standards.
  • Coordinate client medical treatment and monitor progress to support case value and resolution.
  • Assist attorneys with support tasks, including preparation of materials when applicable.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and workflow compliance with applicable legal procedures and firm policies.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to support case evaluation, settlement demands, and negotiation strategies.
