Summary: Responsible for day-to-day functions of New Beginnings, a 12-unit residential program. Supervise HOPWA program staff who can provide service to up to 65 clients. Recruit/Supervise HOPWA Housing Advocate/Case Manager in all aspects of client financial distributions/housing searches and Case Management, work closely with COC Navigator to gain access to new referrals, while ensuring program compliance for each, including program audits.
