The Family Allies Case Management Operations Specialist adheres to the Family Partnerships of Central Florida’s System of Care principles of practice and provides family cantered strength-based assessment, planning, linkage, coordination, and advocacy for case management staff and families. This position provides direct support to case management team by completing needed assessments, responding immediately to requests from outside stakeholders, and assisting with quality and training to case management staff. The Case Management Operations Specialist will also provide observed trends, opportunities for efficiency, and feedback to supervisors and directors and will act as the liaison for Care Managers with stakeholder requests for assistance or information, referrals, court reports, or other needed assistance. The Case Management Operations Specialist works as a team member with key partners including case management staff, process servers, guardian ad litem, DCF Child Protective Investigators, CLS attorneys, therapists, providers, clients, and other appropriate professionals. This position is expected to be an expert in Florida’s child welfare system and build strong relationships and processes for the behind the scenes work that goes into case management so care managers can spend more time working directly with the children, parents and caregivers the agency serves. Must successfully maintain Child Protection Certification training and provide coaching and mentorship to multiple case management staff on agency processes and practices. Will be regarded as a Qualified Evaluator to support Care Managers can required certification activities and maintain Human Trafficking certification.
