About The Position
A rehabilitation hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is hiring a Case Management Director for a full-time, permanent, direct-hire leadership position. The director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Case Management department. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available. The position offers pay of $96,000–$110,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package beginning on day one, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hospital-based Case Management experience.
- Experience with Utilization Review and Discharge Planning.
Nice To Haves
- Active RN license strongly preferred.
- Licensed Social Workers with medical case management experience will also be considered.
