About The Position

The Case Management Analyst Field position is part of Aetna’s Long-Term Services & Supports (LTSS) team and is field-based in the Richmond, Virginia area. The analyst manages a full caseload of waiver members and makes in-person quarterly visits, traveling up to 75% of the time to meet members. This role is critical to meeting contractual requirements. The analyst facilitates appropriate healthcare outcomes for waiver and LTSS members by providing care coordination, support, and education using care management tools and resources. Reliable transportation is required; mileage is reimbursed under the company expense reimbursement policy. The role is full-time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health, social services, or an appropriate related field equivalent to the program focus.
Must reside in Richmond, Virginia, or surrounding areas.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel up to 70% of the time.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree or non-licensed master-level clinician required.

Nice To Haves

A degree in behavioral health or human services, such as psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling.
Certification in LMHP, RN/LPN, QMHP, LMSW, LBSW, MSW, or BSW.
