Case Coordinator
About The Position
Serves as a single point of contact for Workers’ Compensation and/or Group Health department. Collects necessary information for data entry, treatment, and billing purposes. Initiates and follows up for Workers’ Compensation and/or Group Health procedures and treatment. Obtains and reviews prior medical records as appropriate for submission of claims. Acts as a liaison between physicians, nurse case managers, adjusters, and other third-party management companies. Works directly with adjusters & nurse case managers for Workers Compensation. Engages in continued inter/intra departmental training as directed by supervisor. Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor and manager.
