About The Position

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking an energetic and passionate Administrative Assistant of Blended Case Management to help families build strong, healthy, and supportive relationships. This role involves assisting with the overall administrative management of the BCM program, including maintaining referrals, opening individuals in service, running reports, and verifying billing. A key responsibility is leading the billing review process for county funding, which includes completing and submitting monthly invoices and maintaining authorizations. The position also requires coordinating care for clients with mental health, medical, education, and placement needs, while maintaining a small caseload (approximately 10 hours per week). The Case Coordinator will monitor and review service provision to ensure clients are continually receiving and participating in services, and will link clients to appropriate resources. Direct contact with the caseload and parent/guardian via telehealth and some face-to-face interactions is expected, adhering to state regulations. Timely and accurate documentation is essential. The role may also involve assisting other community service programs with administrative responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a Human Services discipline

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the overall administrative management of the BCM program (maintaining referrals, opening individuals in the service, assisting with running reports, verifying billing, etc.)
  • Lead billing review process for county funding (completing and submitting monthly invoice, submitting and maintaining authorizations)
  • Assist with the auditing medical records for compliance and documentation requirements
  • Coordinate care for clients with mental health, medical, education, placement and related areas, while maintaining a small caseload (approximately 10hrs per week)
  • Coordinate, monitor and reviews the provision of services to ensure clients are receiving and participating in services on a continual basis.
  • Links client to appropriate resources
  • Maintain direct contact via telehealth and some face to face with caseload and parent/guardian per state regulations
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of related documentation
  • Assist other community service programs with administrative responsibilities on an as needed basis
