About The Position

Auberle’s Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative, licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility focused on comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. The program provides personalized, holistic recovery services through evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and family support. Children can live on-site with their parent during treatment, helping families remain connected and supported throughout recovery. The Case Aide helps maintain a safe, supportive environment for clients and families. The role is primarily based in Mt. Oliver and requires regular travel, including to Auberle’s Main Campus in McKeesport for scheduled training, meetings, and events. The position requires varied hours, including evenings and some weekends and holidays.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Act 33 and Act 34 clearances and FBI clearance.
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, vehicle, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.
Availability to work varied hours, including evenings and some weekends and holidays.
Ability to travel regularly, including to scheduled training, meetings, and events at Main Campus in McKeesport.

Responsibilities

Safely transport clients and families to appointments, meetings, and other necessary destinations.
Provide building coverage, including front desk support and assistance with daily operations.
Prepare rooms for new clients, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Help obtain groceries and supplies for clients and families as needed.
Provide support in other areas requiring additional assistance to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
