This role will perform Occupational Case Advocate related duties and will serve as a workplace accommodations advocate for both cast members and area leaders in relation to temporary restrictions secondary to an occupational injury. Overall, the incumbent will help with: Being an advocate to injured cast members and area leaders to determine appropriate temporary accommodations secondary to occupational injuries. Providing expertise and services specific to advancing the accommodations process, communicating policies and practices, and advising on workplace matters. Assisting with implementing company-wide strategies to enable decisions that are consistent with company policies, values & culture. Enhancing the employee experience by engaging with leaders and employees, during the workplace injury process, to ensure a safe working environment that is appropriate for the area and the injured cast member. Integrating with key partners to drive solutions that promote inclusion, employee engagement, and business results. This is a 6-month internal assignment with no guarantee of permanent placement.
