About The Position

The Car Wash Lead helps ensure efficient car wash operations, compliance with safety standards, and ongoing employee training and guidance. The role requires flexibility and availability on short notice, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary. The Lead is expected to provide friendly, upbeat customer service, work quickly, promote customer loyalty, and maintain high customer satisfaction and car wash quality. Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience.
Leadership experience.
Ability to motivate employees in a team environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Good cash-handling skills.
Ability to relate positively to employees, the public, and government personnel.
Flexibility and availability on short notice, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

Spot-check car wash attendants to verify they follow company policies and perform assigned duties.
Coach employees to improve performance.
Ensure the DRB is working properly.
Conduct daily walkthroughs of the car wash and vacuum areas to ensure they are clean and operating correctly.
Ensure employees and customers follow safety standards.
Ensure the site is Core ready at all times.
Order soaps and chemicals for the car wash.
Assist with training new employees.
Set a positive example for employees.
Observe and report employee issues to the manager when additional coaching or training may be needed.
Provide customer service and promote car washes and monthly plans to retail customers.
