About The Position

Festival Foods is hiring a part-time Cart Runner in Kimberly, Wisconsin. The role supports a welcoming and safe shopping environment by assisting guests with parcel pickup and keeping shopping carts available. Cart Runners provide friendly, professional service, communicate with guests and associates, maintain Guest Services standards, and help resolve or pass along guest concerns. The position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and may involve varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Communicate effectively with associates and customers.
Read, count, and write accurately.
Operate the equipment necessary to perform the job.
Bag efficiently while maintaining product integrity.
Stand in place for long periods; walk in the store; and regularly bend, stoop, lift, or push up to 50 pounds.
Possess fine finger and broad manual dexterity, as well as eye-hand-foot coordination to operate equipment.
Work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, exceptional service to guests, including greeting them, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Communicate courteously and cooperatively with guests and associates.
Maintain Guest Services expectations and standards.
Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas and return them to the store in all weather conditions.
Provide prompt parcel pickup service.
Share guest requests with management and proactively resolve issues when possible.
Support other duties and customer service initiatives as assigned.
Attend work regularly and on time according to the schedule, and provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
