Requirements
- Six months of successful work experience (unless currently a student).
- Ability to pass state, federal (FAA), Homeland Security clearance requirements, and reference checks.
- Open scheduling availability required, including weekends and holidays.
- Displays confidence and competence in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable speaking to the general public.
- Ability to obtain Airport Badge is required.
Nice To Haves
- Strong customer service and mathematical comprehension, highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Manually move carts throughout departures, baggage claim, garage, and rental car center to cart collection areas.
- Learn and practice safe work habits to assure safety to self, co-workers, company equipment, airport property, passengers, and visitors.
- Provide general customer service to assist passengers navigating throughout the airport.
- Possess strong innate work habits and perform the job in an honest, reliable, and professional manner.
- Effectively communicate with peers, management, and airport staff to improve business operations.
- Withstand undesirable weather conditions (wind, rain, cold temperatures) and be adaptable to operational change.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
