About The Position

Reefer Freight CSR for refrigerated freight is about precision, compliance, and reliability. This role is ideal for someone experienced in reefer operations, detail‐oriented, and able to manage temperature‐sensitive shipments under pressure.

Requirements

• Hands‐on expertise in reefer freight and refrigerated load management
• Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics, monitoring devices, and reefer unit operations
• Negotiation and pricing skills to quote competitively while protecting margins
• Awareness of regulatory compliance standards such as FSMA and HACCP
• Clear communication, customer service orientation, and problem‐solving ability
• Ability to multitask and thrive in fast‐paced, high‐volume environments

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard carriers with refrigerated (reefer) equipment
• Negotiate rates that balance competitiveness and margin protection
• Cover perishable and temperature‐sensitive loads (frozen goods,meats produce,pharmaceuticals)
• Monitor compliance with food safety and cold chain regulations (FSMA, HACCP)
• Track and trace shipments to ensure proper temperature control and on‐time delivery
• Coordinate with customers on temperature requirements, transit times, and service expectations
• Maintain carrier relationships and expand the reefer carrier network
