About The Position

Logan Premium is a third party logistics provider that is elevating the reputation of freight brokers in the logistics industry by prioritizing integrity, service, and flawless execution. We focus on long-term relationships, impeccable attention to detail, and meticulous tracking to deliver reliably, on-time solutions while maintaining the highest standards of transparency and trust in every interaction. As a Carrier Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new and existing carrier partners to service our customers with a high level of transparency and attention to detail. The Carrier Sales Representative will be a strong relationship builder, determined to elevate service and leverage market conditions and carrier partnerships to achieve the long term financial goals of Logan Premium.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of carrier sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high volume of load count and carrier management.
  • Proven ability to work both as a team and an individual contributor.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in McLeod is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

  • Use digital platforms to source new and existing carrier partners for high volume lanes.
  • Negotiate with carrier partners to enhance margin and achieve financial goals.
  • Track active loads to ensure on time pick up and delivery.
  • Resolve in-transit issues by working cross functionally across departments.
  • Communicate with teammates and carrier partners to service our customers effectively and catch issues before they arise.
