About The Position
This role is a vital part of the brokerage team. The Carrier Coordinator is responsible for onboarding new strategic partner carriers as well as monitoring our existing carrier base.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed review of onboarding carriers to ensure compliance with PAM Transport requirements.
- Assist the set-up of carriers in completing all necessary steps required.
- Perform a wide range of clerical functions including file maintenance and management, processing documents, and data reporting.
- Perform continuous maintenance on qualified carriers to ensure compliance with PAM Transport requirements.
- Communicate with Brokers/Account managers on the necessary items from the carriers to expedite the hiring process and ensure all contract and insurance requirements are complete.
- Under routine supervision, make recommendations to accept or reject carrier applications based upon insurance, and operational standards.
