- Experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, customer service, sales, or carrier procurement is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners nationwide.
- Source and secure truckload capacity to support customer shipping needs.
- Negotiate competitive carrier rates while maximizing profitability.
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and load boards to book and manage freight.
- Monitor shipments and provide proactive communication regarding updates, delays, and service issues.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Analyze market conditions and carrier availability to identify capacity opportunities.
- Troubleshoot transportation challenges and develop creative solutions in real time.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and provide timely updates throughout the transportation lifecycle.
- Consistently meet activity and performance goals in a metrics-driven environment.
