About The Position

The Carrier Dispute Analyst II is responsible for independently managing moderately complex carrier disputes. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to interpret usage data, contracts, and rate plans in order to resolve billing discrepancies with domestic and international carriers.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, or related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in telecom billing, disputes, or financial reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Advanced understanding of telecom terminology and billing practices.
• Ability to interpret contract language and apply it to billing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Independently managing moderately complex carrier disputes.
• Interpreting usage data, contracts, and rate plans to resolve billing discrepancies with domestic and international carriers.
