As a Healthy Home Expert (Carpet Cleaning Technician), you will serve as the face of PURECLEAN, delivering high-quality cleaning services while educating customers on solutions that improve the health and cleanliness of their home or business. This role is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, customer-focused, and motivated to grow their income through service and sales. A successful technician combines technical skill, strong communication, and attention to detail to deliver outstanding results and maximize each opportunity.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills required.
Sales-minded with the ability to confidently recommend services.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift 50+lbs and perform physical labor, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check.
Must be 18+ and able to work in a drug-free environment.

Responsibilities

Perform carpet, upholstery, tile and grout, and other specialty cleaning services.
Evaluate the overall condition of the home and recommend additional services when appropriate.
Provide accurate, honest, and ethical service recommendations and pricing.
Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival through job completion.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, vehicles, and job sites.
Operate company equipment safely and in accordance with training and procedures.
Communicate professionally and confidently with customers to build trust and rapport.
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while working independently in the field.
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical and sales skills.
