Carpentry Install Assistants, or apprentices, assist lead installers with safe, high-quality, productive, and profitable product installations. No experience is necessary, and training is provided. This role offers a direct career path to a lead carpentry position, with income that can grow from $45,000 per year to $90,000 per year as a full installer. The company promotes from within.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain a current driver's license and a good driving record.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong personal organization skills.
Nice To Haves
- Closet, garage, or office installation experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with product installations.
- Help ensure installations are completed safely, with high quality, productivity, and profitability.
- Operate a company vehicle safely.
