About The Position

Closets by Design is seeking a motivated Carpentry Installer to install custom closets, cabinets, and other home organizing products at customers’ homes. Installers are responsible for completing installations safely, with high quality and productivity, while supporting client satisfaction through friendly, professional communication. The role involves following basic drawings or instructions, using hand and power tools, and measuring, cutting, and fitting materials with guidance from a lead carpenter. Training is provided. The position is Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

Requirements

Customer-oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic.
Reliable and punctual, with a good work ethic.
Possess and maintain a current driver’s license.
Have a good driving record.
Operate a company vehicle safely.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
Use hand and power tools safely.

Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.
Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner to support client satisfaction.
