Requirements

• Knowledge of building trades – Advanced.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to set deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, instructions and specifications.
• Proven operation of equipment and tools needed for the role; Must have own hand and power tools.
• Must Have Current Driver’s License, Vehicle, and Insurance.
• Must Pass Background Check and Periodic Drug Testing.
• Must Be Willing to Travel and Stay Overnight.

Responsibilities

• Performs capital improvement projects to include rough and trim carpentry, plumbing, drywall repair and finishing, electrical, masonry, painting and janitorial related to major renovations and rehabs.
• Possess reliable transportation and be able to drive to company-owned locations as needed.
• Travel Monday-Friday approximately 75% of the time, with home on the weekends.
• Follows safe work practices.
• Travels to, and participate in, both regional and corporate training and/or conferences as required.
