About The Position

As a Silvi Materials Maintenance Handyman, one will complete numerous tasks involved in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. By performing assigned task of maintaining and repairing the interior or exterior of company premises, you will ensure that our facilities are in top tier condition! One will demonstrate initiative, responsibility, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility/adaptability in a fast-paced, fluid business environment. Requirements

Valid Driver's License
At least 2 years of similar work experience.
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline-oriented and detail-oriented.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Graduation from a technical or skills trades school preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Completing numerous and simultaneous tasks in: Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Painting
Perform maintenance and repairs in a well-organized manner
Obtains, stores, records, safeguards, and properly uses equipment, materials, and supplies.
Maintains a safe, clean working area.
Ability to drive a vehicle as needed.
