About The Position

Caring, a business unit of SilverAssist, is an online resource for seniors and their loved ones seeking information and access to senior living and care. Caring Family Advisors act as trusted partners for families navigating important and emotional care decisions, listening to their needs and helping them find appropriate senior living and care options. This is a work-from-home position. Advisors handle approximately 100–150 inbound and outbound calls per day, using active listening and established discovery frameworks to understand family needs, manage pipelines, and make appropriate care referrals. The role balances continuous phone engagement with real-time CRM updates and post-referral follow-ups to meet performance metrics in an independent but structured environment. No cold calling is required; the company manages marketing and new volume. Advisors typically work 8- or 10-hour shifts. New hires complete a virtual, four-week training program held five days per week, then begin their scheduled shift.
