About The Position

This position involves performing various tasks related to plastering and general upkeep of interior and exterior surfaces. The role requires the ability to mix and apply plastering materials, perform lathing, and maintain a clean work environment. Travel to assigned developments within a specific neighborhood is a requirement. This role is located in Manhattan Neighborhood 06, covering Carver, Clinton, Isaacs, Lehman Village, and Washington. Responsibilities

• Mix plastering materials properly.
• Apply plastering materials to interior and exterior surfaces using tools such as hawk, trowel, Darby, and slicker.
• Work with dots and screeds.
• Apply plaster coats, including scratch, brown, and finish coats.
• Perform lathing and plastering of bases, including channel iron and wire lath.
• Perform dust control and clean up work areas.
