About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring caregivers, including DSP, HHA, PCA, and CNA caregivers, to provide home care to adults in its Assistive Care State Programs practice. The company offers an HHA Training Program covering basic regulatory and compliance topics and personal care skills. After completing the training, participants may have the opportunity to join BAYADA as a Home Health Aide and begin a career in home care. The role serves clients in York, Chester, Union, Lancaster, and Fairfield Counties. BAYADA says it aims to match caregivers with nearby opportunities and offers flexible scheduling. The stated pay rate is $15 per hour.

Requirements

• Successfully complete BAYADA's HHA 101 Course.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
• Assist with oral feeding and ambulation.
• Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Provide medication assistance.
