About The Position
Senior Helpers - Naperville is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to support senior clients in Naperville, Illinois. Caregivers assist with daily activities and provide companionship in a respectful, supportive manner to enhance clients’ quality of life. The role includes helping clients with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping; monitoring their well-being; and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience is mandatory.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and any necessary health screenings.
- Availability to work in Naperville and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions carefully.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote clients’ mental and emotional well-being.
- Help clients with medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor client health and report significant changes to the supervising nurse or family members.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
