About The Position

McKenney Home Care is seeking Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for private-duty home care opportunities throughout Lee and Collier County. Current needs include specific assignments in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers, with varying hours and client preferences. Additional opportunities are available for 12-hour day and overnight shifts, short-term fill-in coverage, and shorter shifts in Bonita Springs and Estero.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License
Current Auto Insurance
Reliable Transportation
Eligibility for AHCA Level 2 background screening, or willingness to complete the required screening
Current hands-on CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
TB screening within the required timeframe or qualifying chest X-ray
Ability to communicate clearly and complete required documentation
Dependable attendance and professional conduct

Experience with European, Eastern European, or German-style meals (Naples 34119 - Island Walk)

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility
Provide medication reminders and observe and report changes in condition
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as outlined in the care plan
Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and general tidying
Provide companionship and appropriate activities
Complete required documentation using the WellSky app
Provide transportation for errands or appointments when required
Follow client care plans and agency instructions
