Caregivers HHAs and Certified Nursing Assistant

McKenney Home Care is seeking Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for private-duty home care opportunities throughout Lee and Collier County. Current needs include specific assignments in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers, as well as additional opportunities for 12-hour day/overnight shifts, short-term fill-in coverage, and shorter shifts. Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Current Auto Insurance
- Reliable Transportation
- Eligibility for AHCA Level 2 background screening, or willingness to complete the required screening
- Current hands-on CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
- TB screening within the required timeframe or qualifying chest X-ray
- Ability to communicate clearly and complete required documentation
- Dependable attendance and professional conduct

- Meal preparation is part of the assignment, including European, Eastern European, or German-style meals (Naples assignment)
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility
- Provide medication reminders and observe and report changes in condition
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as outlined in the care plan
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and general tidying
- Provide companionship and appropriate activities
- Complete required documentation using the WellSky app
- Provide transportation for errands or appointments when required
- Follow client care plans and agency instructions
