About The Position
Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caring and capable individuals to assist adults and seniors who need help remaining safely in their homes. Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, and light housekeeping, while monitoring clients’ safety in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, virtual training, weekly pay, 24/7 office-team support, employee recognition, a referral bonus, and a $200 sign-on bonus. The hourly pay rate is $19.00 and is based upon the assigned client’s location.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have at least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field, or schooling and/or a training course.
- Must be able to pass a background check and reference check.
- Must have a current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification, valid within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship.
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
- Run errands and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide general oversight to help ensure the client’s safety within their home.
