About The Position
Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caring and capable individuals to assist adults and seniors who need help remaining safely in their homes. Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, errands, and light housekeeping, while helping ensure clients’ safety at home. No prior experience is required if the candidate meets the stated experience, schooling, or training requirement; virtual training is available. The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, a supportive office team available 24/7, employee recognition, referral bonuses, and a $200 sign-on bonus. The hourly rate is $19.00, based on assigned client location.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have at least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field, or schooling and/or a training course.
- Must be able to pass a background check and reference check.
- Must have a current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification, valid within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship.
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
- Run errands and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide general oversight to help ensure client safety within the home.
