About The Position
Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caring and capable individuals to support adults and seniors who need assistance to remain safely in their homes. Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, help with errands, and light housekeeping, as well as general oversight to help ensure client safety at home. The role offers flexible scheduling, virtual training, weekly pay, a supportive office team available 24/7, employee recognition, referral bonuses, and a $200 sign-on bonus. The hourly pay rate is $19.00 and is based on the assigned client’s location.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have at least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field, or relevant schooling and/or training course.
- Must be able to pass a background check and reference check.
- Must have a current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification, valid within 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship.
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Help clients with errands and light housekeeping.
- Provide general oversight to help ensure the client’s safety in their home.
