About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Miami and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while caregivers help aging adults and build meaningful relationships with the clients they serve. The position pays $15–$16 per hour. TheKey offers flexible schedules, weekly pay with optional daily pay through PayActiv, mileage reimbursement, paid training, caregiver support, and career development opportunities. Benefits listed include medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan with employer match. Applicable bonuses are paid via Caribou. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients one-to-one with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
